Using the FOXHelp Service System

The FOXHelp Service System provides easy access to the latest engineering documentation on forks and rear shocks, directly from FOX Racing Shox.

Disable pop-up blocker software to properly view the FOXHelp Service System. Check third-party plug-ins or the preferences in your web browser to disable such pop-up blockers.
The FOXHelp Service System has been tested with and is certified to run with the following Web browsing client software:
- Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 SP 2, or higher
FOXHelp online help also runs on the following Web browsers, but with the caveat that there may be occasional issues with normal functionality at this time. Accordingly, FOX recommends that you use Windows Internet Explorer, as specified above.
- Mozilla Firefox 2.0, or higher
- Safari 1.3, or higher
- Camino 1.0, or higher
